常住近一周，亮點是早餐品質和服務都穩定。客房每天打掃，打掃水準每日不同。設施舊了，但夠用。空調聲音大，每夜吱吱響，但老酒店都一樣。入住比較周折，連續兩間很不行，第三間放出，每日加15刀。如果路過，適合，停車容易，像motel一樣夠用了，也不用考慮給的房怎樣，反正第二天就走了。若常住幾天，除非是夜里就睡個覺，白天全程出去活動，畢竟Brandon區位不錯。

What a great stay! The old world charm of this charming hotel…. all the facilities you need & a warming walk today all the famous Canberra landmarks. The buffet breakfast was delicious & the room was quiet.
Extra better pillows were provided by reception promptly..hotel music. swing jazz or classical music throughout the hotel rather than the dross sound on a loop a much needed improvement

Beautiful hotel in Canberra, one of, if not the best hotel in the capital. The beds are comfy and there is a beautiful courtyard! What's not to like?

The hotel is quite good. The parking was in increased to A$28 if not pre-booked but trip.com says only A$15 and no need to book. The hotel ended up waiving the first night parking when we asked and we parked on the street the next day.
The hotel room is very big and the beds are quite firm and comfortable. The bathroom is a good size but would appreciate rubbish bags into the bins because it feels like I can't even put in banana peel because I don't want it to go to mush inside the bin and someone has to dig it out and wash the bin.
There is an iron and ironing board in the room with safe, extra blanket and pillows. The only complaint for the room is probably the noisy air conditioning.
Food at the bistro inside the hotel was pretty good for dinner and the buffet breakfast had a good variety but it is the same everyday.

Disappointing breakfast and room. There was a very small section of first come first get free private parking, the rest costed $28/night which was not mentioned in the booking details. Had to buy that even though I booked this hotel because of the availability of free parking.
